The first time you open the Upload Toolbox, you will see a screen that will ask you to enter your Gallery name and the password you were given in the email you received.

Enter that information and click "Retrieve".

If you receive a message that says it cannot connect, please turn off your firewalls and try again.

Note: The Upload Toolbox has a Helpful Hints window that will give you the basics of how to operate the Upload Toolbox. Current Users of Presentation Gold: If you already have a current version of Presentation Gold installed in your computer, you may use that version.

If you do install the program on this page, and you use one of our Partner Labs, you must install their Config File (Product Catalogs). Contact your lab for their Config File.

If you have any previously installed versions of
our software on your computer, please uninstall them
before installing a new version.

Uninstalling old versions do not effect any orders, or Config Files (now called Product Catalogs) you may have in your computers.

FTP Connections

Not every user, but some, have to reset (turn off), or give new permissions to their firewall settings when they install a new version of our programs. We are constantly having to update our FTP programs to keep up with the increased security being installed in computers, routers, etc.

If after installing a new version you get messages to the effect that you can't make connection with the Lab FTP to send your orders, or you can't connect to Preview Gallery, check your firewalls.

After installing the program, send the registration for each computer in which you install a program.

You are welcome to install additional programs in up to 3 computers. If you require more than 3 installations, please contact us for details.
 

Using Multiple Computers

It is important to note that if you upload events from different computers in you home or studio, the orders created from those events will only open in the computer you used to upload the event.

It would not be practical to have order open in a computer that did not contain the images for the event, since the program retrieves the images for you, and they could not be found in other computers.

Two separate program icons will appear on your desktop. The Upload Toolbox, and the Order (receiving) Utility.

Current Presentation Gold users: If you install this program, go to the "View" menu, UnCheck the Preview Gallery Utility, close the program, open it again and it will open as Presentation Gold.
